Cancellation Policy
Due to limited availability, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This gives us the opportunity to fill the appointment. You may cancel by phone or online. $10.00 fee applies for same day cancellations.
No-show Policy
If you decide to not show for scheduled appointment, (without notifying staff for cancellation or to reschedule), $10.00 fee applies for no-shows.
